Booking & Deposit Policy

Deposit

A flat $30 deposit is required to secure your appointment, for every service on the menu. Card information must be entered at the time of booking, and the $30 deposit is charged immediately to confirm your reservation. This amount is applied toward your service total on the day of your visit.

Cancellations

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

No-Show / Late Cancellation

Failure to attend your appointment, or cancelling with less than 24 hours' notice, results in loss of your deposit.
